The glass fiber spray booth filter is a kind of thick glass fiber material, which adopted the fiber glass filament with the nonwoven workmanship make the glass fiber in order with different densities (the green color side is lower density, which is dust air side; the white color side is higher density, which is clean air side), when operating, the friction between the glass fiber paint filter mat and dust air will increase the static so as to make the paint booth air filter always with a perfect filtration performance.

PPS PPS (polyphenylene sulfide, Ryton® , Procon®) is one of the best filter materials with the properties high temperature resistance, anti -acid, anti-alkali, hydrolysis resistant. The PPS filter bags mainly used for purifying the dust air which include some acid or alkali materials under the high temperature, such as the thermal power plants boils exhausting gas cleaning, waste incinerators fume removal, etc.
Zonel Filtech adopted the first grade PPS fiber with sound needle punching processing and surface treatment, chemical treatment, make the filter bags can meet various filtration requirements from the clients in different industrials.

Aramid/Nomex needle felt filter cloth/ Nomex dust filter bags
The Aramid fiber/Meta-aramid fiber for needle felt filter cloth production also called Aramid fiber 1313 in China, and Nomex® is one kind of the aramid fibers produced by Dupont®.
Zonel Filtech adopt the super quality aramid fiber and scrim then well needle punched them into felt, after the sound finish treatment such as singing, calendering, heat setting, water and oil repellent, PTFE membrane laminated and so on so as to make the filter cloth with the properties of higher tensile strength, abrasion resistance, lower emission, suitable for the sticky/high moisture dust air purifying, easy purging, lower heat shrinkage, etc.
Aramid (Nomex) filter bags mainly operating in the bag filter house with the temperature of between 130 ~ 220 degree C, suitable PH value between 5~9, widely used in steel industry, carbon black industry, building materials industries (cement plants, asphalt mixing station, etc) and power industry, etc.
